I think this place is called the survey shack. it's just like the shop of offers. you have to find the neopoints and then you click on it and you get your neopoints

I think it is too Sarah, but at the Survey Shack you get different Neopoints than at this website lised on the first post. So basically it is the same building but you are getting 2 different winnings of neopoints, one of 250 from survery shack for finding the neopoints, and another from this link posted when you find the 200 nps.
