The petpet lab ray is like the normal lab ray where you can zap your petpets and they can change species, colours, and stats. So in this thread you post what happened to you when your zapped your petpet.
Since the last thread was over 9 pages, I had to lock it and start a new one.

Once you get all 9 pieces of the map, how do you get it to work?

I wondering that too. I just went out and bought the last three pieces that I needed. It will help if I know how to get there, once I'm done with the packrat avie.

OK. This is now the third time I'm typing this up because my computer keeps being stupid and shutting down!!! UGH!! Alrighty. Got that out of my system. Back to answering your question! To hand in the petpet lab map (or any other map) go to Games, then click Puzzles. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Treasure Maps. On the next page, Petpet should be at the top. Just click that and hand it in! Or just go to www.neopets.com/games/treasure.phtml. I just zapped my petpet which had been something weird looking and now it's a....  Plushie Babaa! It's so cute...I don't know if I want to zap it anymore! |

oh i love the plushie babaa!!! that is too cute! oh and be warned not to put any good petpets under the petpet lab ray as it has been known to make them disappear for good. i lost one this way and i think it was cutie who also lost two petpets.

That's what I got when I followed your instructions, mdith_laney_14. What's the Scientist's laboratory? Where is it?

I am of course not mdith_laney_14, you need to have all the pieces of the Secret Laboratory Maps first before you can use the petpet maps. Most of the Secret Laboratory Maps pieces run from 50,000nps to 60,000nps for each one and I think there are 9 of them...I hope this helps

The Scientist's Lab. is the main lab used for zapping actual pets (not petpets). You have to complete that map first before they let you hand in the petpet lab pieces. That one is found in the same spot (Games--Puzzles--Treasure Maps) except you go to Secret instead of Petpet. The Secret Lab. Map pieces are more expensive than the Petpet ones (I think between 45-50K each). Sorry if you haven't completed that one yet! Until you do you won't be able to zap your petpets.
