So my Neohome is/was terribly outdated in its decor. Since more and more great furniture has been released, I realized my Neohome could definetly benefit from some remodeling. I've mostly completed the Kitchen, Living Room, and Art Gallery though they are still generally works in project. I'll probably also go through with the rest of the rooms (including the mostly neglected upper level) plussing here and there. Anyway, here's the links to the finished rooms. The kitchen looks really cool. This is going to be some inspiration for me because I'm rebuilding my neohome too. I'm having a kind of earthy, bamboo, centered kitchen.
Living room - I've never seen a Snowflake Garland before! Those are really cool! Is the thing made with the snow rug supposed to be a pond or just a display area? I see you used your chocolate fountain!! I really like the color scheme too. How much were those modern purple stairs?
The art gallery definitely has unique pieces of art. I can just imagine walking around on those clouds looking at each piece. Great job!

I love the kitchen! Very nice! And in the art room... i think I would be scared to sit on those chairs lol.

No reason except for the fact that I like the way it looks In general, I don't like the "Improvisation" in Neohomes (stacking dressers and things to LOOK like something from above. If you think about it, it would look ridiculous from normal view!) I think I paid about 50,000 for the stairs. |

the biggest thing that bugs me about the neofurniture is that its off scale...some sofas are natural sized for the rooms and then you get another type and its too small looking! or some of the beds are so tiny in proportion to the rooms...it bugs me so bad..or buy a piece that have a bug in them and can't be placed!

Lol fairy.. I love the living room, dl! The corner dedicated to Taelia is a great idea! I LOVE the theme of the kitchen! I'm hooked on faerie furniture. So colorful and inviting. The Pretty Daisy Pot Plant compliments the color scheme well! As for the art gallery, I think the fact that you have a room just about art is in itself amazing! So many posters you've collected along the way, too! Aaah..can't wait to see the rest of your remodeled home! The thing is, I wish I could afford all those new and expensive furnishings...without dropping my bank account to "junior saver," that is.  |
