every year the Advent Calendar will give out one prize that's HUGE! I can remember that it's given out plushie petpet pb and snow petpet pb before, they're really not THAT huge, but that's better than what it's been giving out so far

I thought it was nice at least that today's animation was much longer than the first few. The first was horrible! lol I thought that Dec. 1 would have one of the best animations and prizes, to kick off Advent Calendar. But a moaning tree?? What's so holiday-ish about that? At least today they had a family all cozied up at home, except the zombie part was a bit scary. =/ As in creepy scary.

I wish the prizes would reflect the holiday spirit of the anxious Neopians receiving them.

I know right! there just doesn't seem to be anything festive about these prizes, the animations all seem to be, except for the brain tree *shivers* i'm not a fan of him and think he's best reserved for halloween and that's it.... it just seems like they're leading up to the plot prizes, but come on! give us the plot prizes and leave the advent calendar out of it

Have they got someone new working there that has some distorted view of the holidays, and what the advent giveaway should be like??? Today's animation is no better and the prizes are just so BLAH!!!!! It would be easy to lose interest in the whole process, but I keep hoping they will get with the holiday spirit and head in a more festive direction. I don't mean to sound ungrateful, because they ARE giving things away, but I guess I was thinking the prizes would be more like they have been in previous years. It's early in the month so maybe it will get better.

well let's see, we've had one food item so far and it's not even christmas-y in the least, there's only one other festive item really, the fir ornament... the sleeping tonu plushie does have a teeny tiny little wreath around its neck but you can barely see it at all.... the fishing theme was kindof cute but that's just it, it was fishing... nothing at all to do with festivities, the zombie and brain tree stuff, yeah... enough said and now altador cup stuff... why weren't they released with altador cup prizes? for goodness' sake! come on! get with the program here

Today's animation was cute, slightly better... it had a toy factory theme. Hmm, I'm sure they are getting a lot of comments about the non holiday-ey advents this year. If not they should be...

The jelly conveyor is a nice item...very new to this year as opposed to those recycled prizes we had earlier lol.

But please...last time I checked, a grumpy factory working skarl was NOT on my holiday wish list.

I hope people are complaining to TNT lol. I really feel bad saying that...it's the season of gratefulness and I am most certainly not expressing it, but we've all expected at least NORMAL advent items, right?
