Yes, I noticed it was on my Hollyreneek account when I was using it for the plushie drives. I don't think they can make up their minds.

The first time I noticed the new design, to tell you the truth, the advertisement had a big part in my impression. Had it not been for that huge, ugly square of Hoover vacuums and credit cards, I might have thought something nice. It just looks so...un-Neopets. It's the biggest image on there and it's exactly in the center so it's all I see.
