I just read through the entire page. It's very informative. I've only moved a pet once, and after reading that I probably won't again. My main pets have time and emotion invested, so I wouldn't want to risk losing them. I have other pets but not much interest in moving them around. But I know a lot of people do, for avatars, so I guess they will have to be really careful.
