Thank god for Lindsey's NP guide otherwise I'd probably be in the poor house by now but the Neohome bug has struck me again and I've decided to go into some major rennovations for my Neohome.

Un-content with people having to walk through the dining room to get to the Ballroom (and the north western part of the house) I was trying to figure out a way to make better use of the space in my Neohome. And I've come up with a semi-major plan of attack!
I currently have my Conservatory sitting at the back of my Neohome. This was another thing that bothered me. If it's a conservatory it should have at least three of its walls unattached and unobstructed from sunlight. As it is it only has two outside facing walls.
As such, I've decided to make this spot the new Ballroom. What's more, is that the new ballroom will have a staircase leading up to a brand new room above it. This staircase will lead up to the new Conservatory which will have all four walls unobstructed. Since I plan to keep my Neohome mostly one story this works out great. I think this is a fantastic place for it. If you're dancing up a storm in the ballroom and need an escape, what better place to go to than a beautiful green conservatory?
Now since the current Conservatory is making way for the Ballroom, we can't very well have a Ballroom made of Transparashield... that's no where near as classy and elegant as the current white chocolate Ballroom. So, unfortunately, I'll have to build another Transparashield room (about 17,500 NP) above and then demolish the current one to build the new white chocolate Ballroom
Now that leaves the former Ballroom which will now become the new Dining Room. I like this set up much better to because its still close to the Kitchen but only has one doorway so that people don't have to pass through the dining room to get to other parts of the house.
With the dining room moved, that leaves another empty room and what I've decided to do is to make it a second art gallery for my Neohome. With all of the art that I want for my Neohome one single room eventually won't be enough to hold it all so this will be perfect for me to be able to have my art collection grow!
Plus, I've cleared out my Foyer and am planning to redecorate that room as well. Major major work going on in le casa de dlfreak!

i would absolutely freak out even thinking about doing that lol..i know i redid a room one time and never was as pleased with it as the original furniture placement..so i went in and took all the new stuff out i had added but never could get it to look like i had it before. not sure why or what was different. i guess i should of studied how it was before tearing it apart.
