Has anyone discovered any particular weapons that work well on this guy? I've only beaten him ONCE...and I've got some pretty expensive and strong weapons. Criminy...he's difficult for my little Bixabo to handle.

the one thing i know to suggest is the greater healing scroll lol but other than that i am clueless

Sticky snowballs seem to work pretty well against him.

I'll go give that a try. I used some stone snowballs earlier, and they were moderately successful. Just when I think I'm getting somewhere with him he gets stronger. grrrr

Woo-hoo! My little Usul finally beat the Moach!

After 13 matches, I had nine losses, two draws, and finally a win! There's hope for untrained pets using wimpy weapons!
I found that burrowing is the best defense, combined with a scarab ring and sticky snowball. An ice shield was also useful when I got a chance to use it. The Moach would sometimes do 50HP of damage in a single attack -- way more than my usul has!
I think I'm done.

congrats!!! i love burrowing and sink...but you only get to use it once atleast on the level one stage..

I have an ice hammer thingy that packs a wallop, and the sticky snowballs helped with some other things I have. But it's still hard...Bixabo is in need of more training and I've already spent a fortune on this battle. Not sure if I'll keep it up.
See...Bixie's stats aren't really good for heavy duty battling..he IS a fairy after all...lol.

lol yeah those fairy male pets are use to the more gentle sides of life...ironically the pet i use for battle is also a male fairy! go figure! but i did manage two more battles only one did i accomplish a defeat the other he stomped my wings...i only had two sticky snowballs in the safe and i guess everyone has figured out those work good because the prices are outrageous..not sure what they were before inflation but they are much higher than most others...i think i am finished trying to battle this monster!

I think he's done too. I went to give it another shot last night and the regular list was back up. I doubt if I'll be able to even tie with the next one they come out with. They usually just get harder as they go. I've already spent a fortune on weapons and training, so I think I'm done.
