A New Plot has begun!!

Currently, you can read two pages in the journal of Mad Tongue Murphy, who was stranded on this mythical island, read Chapter 1 (comic form), and figure out a puzzle.

This plot seems like it's just a way to use all of the new neopets. Like the professor is a Tonu, his daughter is a Xweetok, I'm not sure exactly what kind of neopet he is, but I think he's a Bori, the captain is an Ogrin, and the little stowaway is a Gnorbu.

For the puzzle, you need to figure out where to place all of the ship-related items. I believe there are three levels, and each one has different items and more squares to fill. I found the hardest to place were the mops, and you'll know you're done when there is a picture of the stowaway standing on a crate smililng.

omg your not kidding..those mops are hard enough to place but then when you get everything fitted its still not where they want it!

Battledome challenger!!! I know you guys are really into this. When I first started battling him he had the level 15, and I battled 6 times and his hit points went up to 21. He uses SLORG SLIME alot which heals him 10 hp, and uses lots of earth and water attacks. I found that my red frost cannon worked pretty well and using my motes together. I'm not a big battler so other people could probably give you more information.

BTW, my updating status will be out of service thursday through sunday because i will not be at home.

i finished my cleaning on the puzzle yea haw! what is the challengers name? ok i think i found the challenger but can anyone clue me in on how to fight a challenger of this sort..i have fought plenty but go in with no clue on what to do to defend myself or use against someone.

I believe it is called Ravenous Monster. My basic shields and special pet moves seemed to dodge the attacks pretty well. I used Basic Shield and the Altador Warriors one, and Bruce Slide and Acara Tumble and Jubjub Roll. Anything where you "move."

Ugghh...Almost the last thing I wanted, a plot...I didn't really participate much in the last one for the same reason that will probably control this one - pressed for time.

Yuck.

I'm gonna try to do this one, though. It's a sad sight when your plot trophy reads like '100 some pts' when you should have gotten like 1,000. lol

I have to say I am actually happy about this plot. We finally have a internet connection at home that is fast enough so it won't take half an hour for pages to load!! Thank God for satellite internet!!

so far i have beaten the new challenger 11 out of 11 battles..one of the things i see that really works well on him is a double dose of scarab rings

I just went in quickly to battle him and by the time I decided to stop I'd beaten him 41 times! I didn't even realize it was so many battles, lol! I was quick and ruthless, I guess. lol

Alright, I just did another 19 more for an even 60. If I have a chance I'm gonna do more! I'll try to get to 100. I can probably do that without even breaking a sweat. Bless Alexia2002 and her strength.

Wow. I never really focus on battledome stats and all. I guess due to this new plot, I may need to. My pets are all more of lovers, rather than fighters.

alien you might want to wait til after the war to work on stats..during war time the inflation of weapons and training devices such as codestones and dubloons skyrocket in prices. that is why i wait and sell all the codestones and dubloons i have waiting in my safe until war time...and wait til after wars to buy any battledome items i want..i think i have challenged the ravenous bug now 45 times and won..but its getting harder..i wish i had some better weapons..like a great freezing item or i don't know something great..but the scarab rings work great for me so far especially when i give him a double dose

hey dl whats Alexia2002 stats? trying to keep up with dl and i am on my 78th challenge and still winning but i don't see myself making it to 100...ugggg oh well my stats aren't nearly as strong as alexias i am sure so if i make it much further i feel good!

wooo hooo i did a 100 going on your guide of what you think is good as far as points dl...it was tough but if i didn't have sink and burrow i'd never of made it

My pet does not have that great of stats so I will only try to beat him a couple more times. (I think I have only beat him 9 times so far).
