D'oh. So when customization FIRST came out I looked at the already available clothes on Neopets because I figured they'd go up in value if people could wear them. I found a pair of Earth Faerie Wings and I thought that would be a wise investment but they were 50,000 NP so I only bought one. Then when Neopets said that they didn't have immediate plans to make existing clothes wearable, I was a little disappointed.
Then comes the Faerie Festival yesterday and they made Earth Faerie Wings wearable and now they are unbuyable! I sold my pair yesterday for 100,000 NP and I could have probably gotten more for them holding out. Ugh, now I'm kicking myself for not buying more!!

^Nope, since they are wearable everybody snatched them all up to wear or sell for profits.

I honestly had to read this twice before I was sure.. You are complaining about making a profit of 50k?? Lol...oh, my...I definitely see that you could've made a much larger net profit, but...by how much? Not so much to frustrate yourself with, I hope. I didn't even think of buying clothes for the sake of making money...you're at least two steps ahead of me, anyway.  |

No I'm not upset I made a profit so that's a good thing (although I checked this afternoon and I could have got at least 50k MORE than what I got last night) but I'm kicking myself because I was being cheap when I bought the wings a few weeks ago.
If I wouldn't have been so cheap and bought more, I would have made a whole lot more profit.

I see...you wish you had bought more. Actually, in hindsight things can easily seem redoable...but I think by only buying one pair...although there was a good chance you could've made more np, it was a safe decision. And you DID end up with a great wad of dough.

If they made it easier I think that would boost the popularity of neopets. It's just really hard to customize your pet if you're a newcomer with not that much NP and I had a couple of friends quit playing because of it.

Yeah, it's a bit difficult but if you think about it's also a way to encourage you to play and make lot sof NPs!

see to me i don't care a thing about that feature...i love my neohome decorating...my gallery colllections and the battledome once in a while...and i love slots but i hate when it cost so much and i lose!

lol i have even tried staying away from my neohome for a while cause if i go in looking i tend to find things i need to redo and then i have spent a small fortune

Yeah I haven't even built my neohome yet bc im saving my nps for a paintbrush. I'm sure that if I built one that I would want to spend my nps on cute furniture!
