oh nothings wrong...just allergys those make me feel lazy and semi disconnected...stuffy head, swollen eyes, and small headache all day....just yucky vegged out feeling is all...but i did get the same note from neopets today...

They just don't have any taste when it comes to Neohomes or galleries if you ask me. Your neohome should definitely win. And my gallery was way better than the ones they had chosen before Christmas. They didn't even have a Christmas theme!!! What's up with that?

well from what i've read on neohomes they choose the ones that look like they've put the most time in and i guess tried hardest in...and mine isn't a huge mansion but i think i've worked around a theme and tried to keep the costal thing throughout..i've got to enter it again today before its too late...i should do it on the weekends..i'll have to post the entrance description i am using and maybe someone can tweak that for me if i don't get it this time..anyway thanks for the support u guys!

here is the description
Welcome to our beach home. The land is very sandy around the beach area so our gardens are filled with beautiful plants made for the tropical climates. Our home is located in the historical area located on Roo Island. The home was originally built by Neopian stars Negg Ryan and Dennis Quiggle. The kitchen was specially designed by the famous chef Lupegang Puck...and yes thats one of his recipes on the stove now! So if for no other reason the historic value alone is worth the tour. Our dining room is always set for our big, two times a year Christmas feast..once at Christmas and the other for our Christmas in July celebration. Our guest room is always open to friends and family and hopefully found to embrace the comforts of home. Just like many of your typical beach homes, our rooms are set with Jack and Jill bathrooms, which is also convient in location to all the bedrooms. Each of us pets got to decorate our rooms to show off our taste and style. Our deck is the place we enjoy spending most of our time, the view is amazing! we enjoy having cookouts then sitting and enjoy the natural landscapes, you never know who might walk up off the beach to enjoy a hotdog! We hope your enjoy our home and always feel free to drop by and visit us often.

Good luck Fairy! It was a great story, but you used located twice in the same sentence. I don't kind of sounded redundant to me.
Do you know where that thread with the link to where it showed how all the items would look in your neohome from the top view?

I don't think their message should be so misleading if they send it to a lot of people. It would make anyone think he/she is perhaps a shoo-in, but if they send it to tons of people, how fair is that to get their hopes up?
Maybe they do only send it to a select few who really do have nice homes. Idk..

Your home is certainly one of those, fairy, as is Dl's.
I'm certain you can keep modifying your home & description if you're really passionate about the neohome award. Eventually the judges should be convinced yours is a winner.
If not, they're blind!

well i have entered it before i remodeled a couple times last summer and never got that responce so it must be up in the running but then again who knows how many people they narrow it down too....i'd add more if i wasn't trying to reestablish my bank account and if i knew what else to add!

well from what i've read its as much shown effort as it is style..and with me having only a few gardens and a small amount of rooms i guess i am glad i am getting this far..just hate building more rooms just to build them and not having the nps to really put forth the expense of pulling the rooms together in what i consider to look nice ...but maybe one day! i haven't given up trying..thanks for the compliment and support
