thanks and happy 4th to you as well!!! i love the fourth too but not sure i have a favorite....so many good things in all of them that i just enjoy the moments of each.

the only bad thing about 4th of july is that the fireworks can keep you awake allll night but there are some cool works over here i saw smiley faces and starshaped fireworks

Smiley faces? I've never seen smiley face fireworks. That's cool. Yesterday we went to this one place that has fireworks every year. There were a ton of people there. Everyone was waiting for the fireworks but they didn't start the show til quite a bit later. The sky was turning an inky blue by then, and I hoped it wouldn't start raining. Luckily the rain held out and the fireworks show was amazing. We saw star shaped ones too, as well as some other shapes and just all around pretty fireworks. The grand finale was the best. |

I MISSED IT ALL!!!! we were sitting outside waiting for the light show and tobin starts screaming "POOOOOOTTTYYYY MOOOOMMMMIIIIEEEEEE!!!!!" so i was inside with my 2 year old on the potty while the grand finale went off  but i guess cailet (my 6 year old ) and McKinsey (my 10 month old ) both had a blast so that's good.... at least tobin got to let off sparklers...... (I have a huge scorch mark on the shorts I was wearing though  ) |

pretty much, i spent most of my time watching the expressions of the girls though instead of the fireworks, that was the most enjoyable!! |

That must've been cute. Last year I saw absolutely nothing lol. We were at my cousins over the 4th of july weekend and we had been so busy the whole day, walking around and stuff, that at night when the fireworks were going on everyone was too exhausted to go down to see fireworks. So we just kinda walked around her neighborhood, catching glimpses of fireworks in the air from shows and stuff. Then we headed inside and watched some great fireworks on tv.. |

i've done that before, spent so much energy chasing the girls around (though then it was just cailet and tobin) and playing with the kiddie fireworks and swimming and canoeing and all that at night we all just totally crashed |

Yeah..there were these three little girls sitting in front of us at the fireworks show and they were just sitting on the ground next to each other..and every time there was a loud boom of a firework or one they really liked, they would point up at it and talk in their cute voices. |

yeah there were lots or litle kids that went crazy at the end. i like the fire works that are shaped like hearts and smiley faces |
