Once I got to researching, I found that xsunshinelollipopsx had been a Magic Cloud on her other account while a member here. Therefore, according to the ranking system rules, I am reinstating her rank to Magic Cloud. I hope that answers any questions that might come up when everyone sees all of a sudden that she is a Magic Cloud.
We have a rule that once you are a Magic Cloud, you are always a Magic Cloud if you don't leave. Since she didn't really leave, but can't access her old iluvhaloween88 account anymore, this seemed fair.
