LOL! That's kinda funny kris... southern california is kinda like that too. At the same time though it's such a huge place we basically have everything here... fields, foothills, mountains, ocean, lakes, snow, desert... it has practically climate on earth in one place!

Well, the castle interiors are all decorated! Our guild theme week starts in less than 2 weeks so that's when the guild, website, guild city, and message boards get decorated!  silvercloudsguild.tripod.com/castle |

I love the decorations in the foyer, the ballroom, Conservatory, Potions Tower, Library Hall, the Library, Faerie Hall, Hall of tapestries, Dining Room, the Nook, and especially the decorations in Battlers Hall- I love blue. It was fun to explore the castle and see what places had been decorated and how they had been decorated. Thank you. |

Okay...looks like I'm heading to the castle now! Gotta check out the snow and the decorations. Now if I could just get the guardians to come and do my house for me....... My favorites are the dining room and the nook. But all the decorations are beautiful, dl. Thank you. |

I thought that was clever that they recycled old potion bottles to make christmas decorations for the Potions tower, those guardians can be so resourceful sometimes!
I too love blue and I think Battler's Hall has such a different feel from the traditional Christmas look. It's fresh and cool, very wintery almost. The Nook is probably my next favorite too!
I wonder if they have anything planned for Battlers Hall...

I was walking through the castle today and I see the Guardians have been at it some more... it seems the Conservatory has received some more decorations, as well as the Kitchen, and Swashbuckle Hall!

It seems all the snow in the Theme Week forum and at the Guild City has got the guardians into a decorating mood... the entire city is now decked out in it's holiday finest! |

Words probably don't do justice to how beautiful the castle appears, but... ...I absolutely love Battler's Hall - such a different take on the holiday season that you don't always see in decorating, that icy blue scene. The dining room & nook make me wish I could just sit down and pick up a fork.  The conservatory is also decked out beautifully. You guardians have some skill with that magic, I must say. You've certainly done your job - I'm definitely feeling the holiday vibe. |
