I was chatting with fullbloom earlier and we started talking about the progress on the new redesign... I figured I'd paste that part of our conversation here for you all to read:
The design is coming along nicely if I do say so myself. I've been working on it all day today. I'd hit a creative roadblock for a few days but have since picked up the pace and made a significant amount of progress. If all goes well, I'll have a preview up Friday evening and once that happens I'll be able to go ahead and start converting the site from the old to new format and I figure that will probably be about a week...
I'm crossing my fingers on all of those timelines though because unless life decides to throw me more lemons I'll be able to stick to that sort of timeline. After that, I can start thinking about getting a theme week up--and that's one thing that I'm liking about this new layout too is that I'm taking all my years of experience with the guild and making this new layout easy to convert for theme weeks. That way, in the future, it will be easy for council members to plug it in themselves in case I'm away.
Anyway, I'll be busy tomorow evening for Roshashana but hopefully I'll have time to work on it Friday after work because I'm going to be busy this weekend, as well. I swear I had so much time in college and now that I'm out I never have time for anything anymore!!

That's what happens when you get older. lol More and more stuff that you have to do. You would think that once you get out of college that things would slow down, but it just never happens. Not that I'm trying to depress you or anything..... haha ...just welcome you to my world. 
I have noticed that you are really cracking on all the guild work, dl, and I imagine I can safely speak for everyone in saying that it is very much appreciated.

After not being on the web page for two years I was able to see the new improvements immediately, its a lot easier now to navigate around the site and it looks very organized. Great Job! =)

^Wow you were here before the former version of the site! This current version is on it's way out in favor of a new hopefully better one!

I don't really think this thread needs to be stickied now. I'm going to unsticky it. But if someone thinks it should still be stickied just put it back. It hasn't had any posts since Sept. 2007.
