Not getting a whole lot of feedback here guys... do we not like the look of this design? Okay....I was kinda thinking maybe it should be a bit more colorful. But I was waiting on the graphic to be added because I thought that would add color, and I just looked at it, and it is more colorful. I'm thinking that you are aiming for an overall regal appearance, and that's why the coloring is a bit subdued. I think it has a very tasteful and elegant appearance, and maybe during holidays you may be planning on putting some colorful touches that will give it some festive spark, like you usually do. Am I hitting the mark here? Or am I just way off?  |

Sorry for the delay guys... I had a busy weekend... Anyway...
autumn, gosh I wish I could give a date of changeover but at the rate I'm going I'm not sure when that will be. I've been converting pages the past week but I get home so late from work it doesn't allow me a whole lot of leg room. I should have some major advancements this week though. When I get closer I'll definitely be announcing a date for the relaunch.
Krisc none of the pages of the site are actually redesigned yet. Visit the link in the first post and that will show you the template design I'm working with for the redesign.
Bunnyrabt, once there is actual content on the page it should help color it up a bit. And you are right, once I get the actual guardian images for the top left corner of the page it should add some visual flare up there, as well. And yes, for the Holidays (and all theme weeks, actually) the layout will have a completely different and much more colorful look. And yes, regal and elegant is definitely the aim here but also simple and airy... to really make you feel like you are floating on silver lined clouds.
