OK follow these instuctions:

First Copy your link (Higlight it then hold down Ctrl and press C at the same time)

Go to Profile
Scroll down til you get to the words in bold I have my own picture: Now click the box so there is a check mark in it and paste your link (Hold down Ctrl and press V at the same time)Update it and presto!Its done,hope it helps,it somethings goes wrong PM me.Also type in the hidth and width of your pic.
