i have the neopets toolbar so i am not sure ...let me try the other browser too.. ok now i can vote..its odd....if i don't use the neopets and i guess foxfire i can not get to some things!

Yep, that's what it is... you can't vote with firefox. You'll need to use Internet Explorer.

Weird. I just opened firefox and it let me vote. Very odd. If you are having problems voting, just use Internet Explorer.
