That is so cool. I've read the book and thought it was awesome. Such a great storyline! My mom got to go see the play, I wish I could have. How awesome that you get to go!  |

I saw that musical...it was good, confusing...kind of, but good. I needed to sit with someone who could explain to me step-by-step what was happening..LOL  |

Yeh i am worried... I never read it and I DEPISE musicals... I can't stand them! Mary poppins, moulan rouge, chicago... any I can't stand.
But the great thing is we get to go shopping in a HUGE mall! And than get to dress up for the play! I am stoked!! So I made sure I took the whole like long weekend off lol! Cuase we are going on Canada's Rememberance day weekend.

I love musicals, the older musicals though. Fred Astaire, Rita Hayworth, Gene Kelly, Frank Sintra, etc. Sounds like you are going to have fun shopping and and dressing up. I love dressing up. |

Those ones are the best!!! I remember going to Madame Tussads Wax Museum in New York and seeing Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers dancing... ;D ;D

OMg I'm soooo super duper excited it's coming back to the pantages theater. This has to be my favorite all time musical. I loved the book and the movies but I have had a love affair with the stage production since I was a little girl. I even auditioned for Eponne as a kid when I was little lol. I can't wait ;D

Les Mis is one of my favorite musicals, along with RENT, Little Shop of Horrors, and now Wicked. I highly recommend them all!

Yeah musicals are a lot of fun, and even more fun to be in! So much singing in them...I was watching two movies of musicals I was in, and I realized how professional they were... I'd have to say the best part about musicals is just how you can break out and sing and dance without anybody thinking you're totally weird. Although, sometimes the character can rub off on you too; one musical I was in I got so wrapped up in that I started singing one of the songs (complete with dance movements) at a mall. Lol. But musicals are the best. Les Miserable is definately a great musical. I wish I was going to see it! But then again, I get to go to Broadway in November, so yeah it all evens out...

I love Les Miserables! One of my all time faves. Along with Phantom of the Opera and West Side Story. I'd love to see The Lion King, Rent, and Wicked someday...heard great things about all of them. Have a great time! ;D |

I jsut came back from Les Mis trip last night and I must say it was an amazing show! I loved Cossette and her "sister" they were amazing singers! Same with this little boy (8yrs old) that sang during the French Revolution. And our class was in the 5th row!! Like 10 feet from the music players! It was awesome and the stage rotated!
