Hello, my name's Louise and I just joined SLC.
Things certainly look active around here ^^
I suppose I should tell you a little bit about myself, but not sure what you'd like to know..
Alot can be found on my main lookup - soyabean1983.
My main Neopets activity is the adoption agency I'm a partner in.
Outside of Neopets, I live with my boyfriend of four years and our diabetic cat.
I work in a cinema and am a big fan of films, books and blankets ^^
I hope to get to know some of you, too.

Sorry I've not been replying here.
My boyfriend and I had to have our cat put to sleep on Sunday, after his kidey and liver function failed, and have both been really distraught.
I've not been able to face going online until today really. and my activity will, most likely, be a bit patchy for a few days.

Welcome to the guild! I hope you like it here. My condolences on the loss of your cat. They're like children they are. Well, since I have three kids, I'd say that they're better than children. They usually mind so much better. Anyway, I hope you and your beau are both feeling better soon. Let me know if there's anything that I can do to help hun!

Thank you all for your kind words.
Things are getting a little easier each day. It's a slow moving thing, obviously, but we're getting there.
We've taken in a semi-stray who has been living in our garage for about 3 years, and who we've been feeding outside for about 9 years between us.
We couldn't take him in before, as he and Charlie didn't get on very well.
We took him, Ginger, to the vets yesterday and he has lung worm, cat flu. and an upper respiratory infection.
It's all very treatable however, and he should be all clear in a couple of months ^^

Thanks you lot.
He seems fine. He hasn't seemed to notice the anti-biotics in his food so far, so he can only get better now ^_^
I'll have to scan in a few photos of him once I have some developed.
