I believe its either get 5 frogs or 6.200 nps. Not exactly sure, but its one of them.
Update:
Ok I'm pretty sure its 5 times because I know someone who got 6.2k but only got it 4 times and didn't get the avie

yes i got it!!! on round 5 i found the correct frog and by this time i had 35000 nps to the good....not a bad deal

thanks that fits so perfectly with my little fairy tale theme!!! so i believe this is my new one to keep. i mean who doesn't think of fairy tales without thinking of a frog that turns into a prince..or i don't...my cd covers are of a frog dressed in a princely outfit with is hand over his eyes like he was in search and they all have fairy tale girl on those too. my ex husband had that cover turned into a license plate from my car from the sign shop guy and then had it tattooed on his arm...and at this time we were separated.

i made it to either level 5 or 6 before it was actually confirmed how to get it, and i lost instead of collecting my winnings and now i can't get past level 3 gggrrrrrrrrrrr  |

good luck, i made it to level 6 before it was confirmed and now i can't even make it TO 4, i bomb out on level 3

I just got it! I only spent a couple hundred NPs before I got it right. So I made close to 5K! It was the fourth round when I collected my winnings. Also, there wasn't a 'Something Has Happened' box on the page, it just says you won 5300 NPs and an avie.
