I'm not implying anything, but can i just ask why it seems that its the same names that receive random giveaways???
I assumed that u must have 2 sign up sumwhere coz i only see the same names listed in all the giveaways.

I don't mean to take over Teen's thread, but i'll pipe up here because I was just scouring the boards looking for active members for the random pirate theme week giveaways.
There are two types of giveaways: the first is the type where you have to enter a contest -- like last weekend's petpet giveaway. As you can see from the thread, not many people entered, and everyone won something. (Good odds, eh?) The second type of giveaway are the random giveaways like those done by Teen and Icesong and others -- those require that you are somewhat known and active in the guild.
Right now, there are FIVE theme week contests that you can enter -- follow the Pirate Theme Week link off the guild home page, and enter all of them! Easy as pie(rates!).
But here's my 2 NPs: Being an "active," contributing member of the guild is the best way for people to get to know you. Posting meaningful comments to the threads is a good thing, as is sharing knowledge about Neopets, sharing your poems/jokes/artwork/stories for the board and the newsletter is also a good way for people to learn about you (in a safe way, of course!).
But some of it just takes time, and there are a handful of members who are more active than most, and that's why it seems like the same names appear in a lot of the giveaways.
