My safety deposit box is empty... A glitch took care of that getting rid of everything I'd collected since I started playing Neopets including a Baby Paint Brush (which I was going to use for the theme week), Slorg Flakes, and every single Neopets sponsored item on the site. (Which I'd bought the week before the glitch) Well over 2 million NP of losses  Thanks so much for the Altachuck though he's absolutely adorable!!! OMG! that's horrible! and of course tnt won't replace anything at all, it's just a bite that you have to bitterly swallow.... I'm so sorry dl! |

Omg dl, I've had some bad glitches before as I'm sure so many have, but how many have the right to complain as much as you?? That's horrible!!! I wish there was some way the items could just be restored, since they don't have any real-life value so if TNT could think of something amazing like that, it wouldn't hurt them either to restore all those items for you. If only, though...

That is so bad...I am sorry you lost everything I wish I had the neopoints to replace everything you lost...Even if you would email TNT, they probably wouldn't think it was a big deal losing all those items but it is...I had a glitch like that when I first started playing and I emailed them and they could not do anything about it, of course it was no where near what you lost...I hope it all just suddenly reappears  |

You guys are great for trying to replace the items for dlfreak BUT EVERYONE COMPLETLY MISSUNDERSTOOD HIM. He didn't loose anything. He was talking about the time he did get hacked and now it's easy for us to buy him stuff because his safety deposit doesn't really have anything now. Trust me everything is there it's just his didn't put it the way he should have. Silly babe making everyone have a heart attack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, when I was hacked I was luckily still logged in and they stole about 2.5 million NPs (of the 2.7 million that I had at that time) but I changed my pw before they could take any more or my items.
The glitch happened the same time it happened to kris... everything in our shops disappeared. The reason everything in my SDB was in my shop was because I was trying to get the packrat avie so I moved everything into my shop so that I wouldn't confuse my belongings with the temporary avatar items. It was at this time that the shop glitch happened and thus everything that was in my SDB disappeared. I never got the avie either, lol. I was demotivated, obviously. That avatar holds a special scorn in my heart.

good grief dl...i was on my stampering white pony ready to defeat the neopet slaudering of your account. gather the forces of the guild super heros to reclaim your fame...anyway glad it hasn't happened again cause i know you and kris had a lot of items that were of value that had to have been lost during this time. starting over or for the most part would kill me.

How awful! If that had happened to me, I would have freaked out and gone mad (probably, but I don't know because that hasn't happened to me). I was only hacked once, where someone gained access to my SDB and emptied it clear out.
