I am absolutely 100% sure that I deposited 25,000 NP into my bank account. The transaction succeeded, the 60,000 NP I had on hand went down to 35,000 NP but my NP in the bank only went up by 2,500 NP. This happened at approximately 12:10 am Neopian (Pacific) Standard Time.
Is anyone else having problems with the Bank?

No, I just deposited about 5,000 a little while ago and the total in my bank account went up by 5,000.

Hmm I collected my interest okay... And i got 50nps from the slorgs and managed to deposit those okay, so it looks like whatever it was is now fixed.
I know yesterday I priced about 50 things in my shop, and pressed enter after entering my pin and it too be to a page that said
Error
Sorry, not a number.
But all the numbers I entered where numbers... so my shop never updated.

I don't know if this is related or not, but Art and I both had nps deducted from our accounts. It was a few weeks ago, and we got neomails from the Neopets team a few days apart, apologizing but they had a "glitch" and deducted nps from our accounts to correct it! I can't remember the exact amount they took from mine, but they took over 70,000 nps from Art!!! My account didn't seem out of whack at all to me, and Art hadn't even logged on for ages because of his work. So what "glitch" it was is beyond me. And of course it was the neomail you can't reply to. Probably wouldn't have done any good anyway. It's kinda stinko that they can do that just any old time they please. So maybe they have been messing around with the bank accounts somehow.
OKAY.....NOW I'M REALLY TICKED OFF!!!!!! I just checked my bank account and over 52,000 nps are just GONE. I can't afford for them to keep doing this, or I'm going to have to start taking pay for my guild jobs, and I don't want to do that. Is anyone else missing nps? I am almost afraid to go look at Art's account, because last time they took almost three times as much from him as they did from me. I may neomail them tomorrow.

This is weird.
I heard that some people are not affected because different letters (the first letter of your screen name) are on different servers. We are both towards the beginning so tha tmay be why. I heard that someone with a B-name had a glitch that his friend with an S-name didn't have until a few hours later.
So everyone beware! Maybe this error is the reason that the CONTACT US form doesn't work. They don't want to be inundated.

I was able to contact them so I sent them a message. It will probably take a few days before I hear anything, but when I do I'll post it here. I haven't checked today...possibly they decided to bankrupt me altogether. Wouldn't surprise me.

Wow. I am so sorry bunny. That is really horrible that you and Art are missing so many neopoints. Like you said I can't believe that the neopets team would just take neopoints (especially so many) out of your account and cite a "glitch".

I got a neomail from them today that said it was fixed. Maybe they fixed the "glitch" but they sure didn't adjust my account to be like it was.

I feel sooo bad, bunny! That truly seems unfair...unless they have solid proof that your bank amount had increased during the glitch, I don't see why they should even be able to mess with people's NP, let alone such large amounts! I don't feel like checking my bank account...don't wanna know.  |

i don't think any of my neopoints are gone. i don't remember exactly how many i had before i left for vacation but, i think i have the right amount.

good lord and i never know exactly what i have in the bank guess i figure its safe and even if its not..you don't get nothing you loose back in neopets so maybe dumb is good when it comes to neopets!
