Lol, I know! TNT said on the home page a while back:
"With Hoban found, see what really happened and get the scoop on where they're headed by reading the last chapter!"
Well they did have the last chapter, and indeed mentioned where the Cyodrake's Gaze was headed, but they left a lot of things foggy. Who, exactly, is this Bonju? Is there something evil about him? What did he really need from the Weapons room? And some other questions...
But to answer your Location question, I think they're heading to Shenkuu, their native island, as mentioned in the last chapter (with Bonju tucked away in the supply room/storage closet or whatever they said).
