to all of our members that just joined neopets this year and a reminder to all ....each year in the month of dec. starting on dec. 1st...you can go to terror mountain and on the entrance screen onto terror mountain is a house that says "advent calendar" if you enter each day starting on dec. 1 you will get one or more random prizes from neopets...and alot of time nps on top of it all...don't think just because Christmas comes and goes it stops....it continues the WHOLE month! how exciting!!!!! here is a quick link to the page where the calendar is located.....just have to walk in the door and their will be an animation that goes along with the prizes you'll be receiving. remember wait til dec. 1st! www.neopets.com/winter/index.phtml |

I re-published the link on NME already and also finished up the guide for every prize ever given by the advent calendar from 2000 on... but I didn't know that we could go on blizzard day, it was july 7, 2006.... but anyway, not only can you get items and np, but you'll unlock not 1 but 2 avatars and also the sidebar  |

Avatars seem to have come but a mere relic of the past... remember when every week there'd be a new one and then items relating to it would inflate like crazy?

Oh boy....I guess I better get my gallery expanded since I include all the advent items besides Christmas things. It's going to be expensive!!

lol thats the downfall in trying to do christmas and advent in a gallery isn't it.....you get a huge amount in one season and its already a busy enough time spending on shopping! but your gallery is amazing!

Thanks, Fairy. For my Christmas present Capt. organized it for me into categories. I have some tweaking to do and of course I'll have to add stuff now, but it's coming along. Capt. is going to nominate it for the spotlight.
BTW, since we have the other advent thread now I think I will lock this one so it doesn't get confusing with two.
