There are also Lemon Jellies which are one of the cheaper ones. I agree we should just do the standard jelly and not have the trifles or half-eaten ones.
If we do this before summer break has begun for everyone, I think we should do it mid-May. That way, hopefully, most of us college students should be done with school, and everyone in high school or middle school, etc. hopefully won't be so close to the end of school that they have tons of tests and projects to worry about. Schools in my area close mid-June--it might be different elsewhere, but this is just an idea. If we just want to wait for everyone to be done, then it'll probably have to be mid- to late-June. I don't really mind either way....do the rest of you have a preference?
Are we going to have an official poll to decide which drive to do or just decide on here?

Well here I graduate on June 30th and the week before is when all heck breaks loose with tests and provincials and all the stuff that comes along with graduating. I say after May 6th is good!

I don't have a problem with jellies again, either. Last time we did jellies..I think I ran it..with TNgirl? Or that may have been a different drive, but anyway it went pretty well. The colors will hopefully be eye-catching and if we stick to whole, plain jellies they'll end up with a uniform look. Mid-May sounds ok, too, if people wish to have it sooner than late June..I think if we can avoid end-of-term exams and things like that we should get a good amount of participation.

Yeah, I co-ran the Jelly Drive with you last time. Sounds fine to me if that's what everyone wants to do...gotta get started collecting!

We get out of school the second week of June and we have testing like the first and second weeks of May, but Mid-may sounds great because we normally don't have a ton of hw then.

I'm glad we're going to do another drive. I think it brings up the participation level in the guild. And it's good recognition for the guild without the HUGE cost of an actual ad. And it's legal.

you know what might not be a bad idea either is do fish like all waterfish or butter fish...these are also foods to feed your pet and i am sure we all have a ton in our safes...and if we don't there are lots of them in shops at cheap cheap prices...we could do a ton of those at 1 or 2 nps each and feed the hungry ...even if its not this time it would be a good drive idea.

I think the fish is a great idea for a drive fairy. And I know I have a lot of them already saved up. It would have tied in nice to this Theme Week too.

A fish drive would be good too. I wonder if we would need to do one fish only, for uniformity. It wouldn't be as colorful, but it would give us a different drive to do since after this drive we will have done jellies at least twice.
Good idea, Fairy!

well we could do two or three tops different fish but the waterfish and butterfish are the two most colorful ones and would look nice together.

Since so many seem to have stocked up on jellies we might as well wait until next time to do the fish. Jellies seem a bit more summery anyway.
But it's good to have a plan in place so that after this drive is completed we can start collecting fish.

I think the fish are a great idea--my jellies can certainly wait I thought it might be cute if we did a combo like water, butter, and bread. Those colors would go together and it's like a "meal" sorta. Plus the water fish relate to our current theme week.

I would be ok with either drive. I usually go shopping for the items after we get started on the drive anyway. So whatever everyone wants to do is ok with me. ;D
