That's ok fairy tale...I posted in two locked threads last week!!! So everyone makes mistakes.
I don't ever ask it to keep me logged in, since I don't want members to think I'm here when I'm not. I might get a pm and not see it right away and someone might feel slighted if they think I'm ignoring them. So I always log in every time I get on the boards, and log off when I leave.
Does anyone else stay logged in that can answer her question?

Actually staying logged in is only convenient for you. When you are actually at the boards a script activates that says you're on on the main page. When you close all Message Board pages down the script deactivates and your name is removed from the bottom of the list that says you're online. To stay logged in come to the boards and click LOGIN there should be a little box that says something like "Stay logged in?" and you should check that box to stay logged in. Oh and in the future... be more descriptive with your subject titles

That's good to know. I will probably just stay logged in to save time, as long as it takes my name off when I'm not actually here.

well, I'm always logged in because I keep a tab of my browser open with these boards on it so that i can refresh it to see if anything's new. I've also got it bookmarked so that I just go right to it. If anyone has any questions about this please let me know and I hope it helps.
