Does anyone know how to get the Ghost Lupe as a Battledome challenger. I have decided to try the Battledome, but need to find him.  |

The only way to get the Pant Devil is if he steals something from you as a random event. I think you get him if you land on him on the Wheel of Excitment too.

What street adresses? i think if you go to soupfaerie.com there is the battledome part that tells you how to get battledome people. but i am not sure i know to many neopet website helps |
