Weird guy on the Black Pawkeet slots

Alright, I was playing black pawkeet slots this right now and at aproximately 1:05 am NST I saw this guy on the slots.... It happened for about three spins and then it disappeared. It never stopped in the results but I noticed it while the things were spinning. Has anyone else ever seen this person? I'm assuming its the artist/programmer for this game but I'd never seen it before.

I get him come up quite a bit on both the slots games, also a woman and a golden statue type thingy .... not sure what they are for or whether they may be an indiction of a win coming up as I seem to get small wins after the guy appears for a few spins.

^ My parents are in vegas right now. I played Pawkeet slots. I lost 18,000 NP! I started with 18,000 NP made it up as high as 21,000 NP and I played until every last NP was gone of the 18,000

I've seen him flash by, but he's never stopped on the screen. I was up over 20,000 NP yesterday, but quit when I was 10,000 ahead.

Maybe he's got something to do with winning the jackpot??

I've seen that dude on Trouble at the National Neopian before! At first I thought he was a villian but it turns out he drops off a lot of NP when you let him go through the doors. I think he is a programmer but I am not sure what his name is.
