if you start it, and go to another section of neopets, do u not get a prize or does it stop spinning, what?

I start spinning it, then minimize that window, open another window and play other stuff while it's spinning. Or I try to start spinning it before I go to class so usually by the time I get back it's finished. You can't close the window the wheel's going in, or go to another section of Neopets and still get a prize. Sometimes it takes 2 hours, so make sure you can leave your computer on that long.

what i've noticed about the wheel, is that i once it starts spinning, i can go offline and leave the window up while it's spinning, it will continue while you're offline, if it stops, no problem, just reconnect and be completely online before you click on the collect prize button, and you'll still get it, still trying to determine if it's something i don't want, like fireballs singeing my pets, if i don't click on the prize do i still get it? i'll let everyone know when i figure it out though... lol

yeah i just open a new window really and leave the computer on. it normally stops in about 50 minutes for me which is ok i suppose but still a long wait  |

yeah i just open a new window really and leave the computer on. it normally stops in about 50 minutes for me which is ok i suppose but still a long wait that's nothing, last summer dl had it running for more than 3 hours i think.... i've never had to wait longer than an hour though, so i don't know what's normal for most people, most of the time it's only about half an hour to 45 minutes... lol |

not sure either but until today i had it running while i went to bed then rebooted my computer when i woke up. then i started today when i got up instead of before bedtime. but i will say it was the first time i won anything i won a ramphant leg or however its spelled. i was just getting terrorized by that bird or losing hit points or usually something bad..oh i take that back, i have won a lottery ticket or two but that was when i was getting on the wheel by 10-11 pm and it finished before midnight. and i usually have a few windows open when on neopets simply because if i am buying things i want another window to quick stock it so i won't take a chance in getting it taken by one of those evil villans running around neopia like that pant devil or such. how i do it is i go to the guild and open up one of the quizzes listed and another one..opens two windows. or are you thirsty and open up two windows that connect me to neopets.

I only ever got good things from the wheel when i first started playing it. I always got NP and then I got the avvie before I even knew it was released but then after a while i stopped landing on the NP... evil evil wheel *shakes fist*

on my gallery account, before it got hacked and i started playing this one, i won two tyrannian paintbrushes from the wheel, then on this account i got two mazzews from the wheel
i've also gotten the wheel of monotony t-shirt and the wheel of monotony pen
i don't play it on my gallery account anymore, but on this one i'm still getting some nifty stuff, but what i want the most is the avie, only got the avie for the wheel of misfortune and i want the others
