if anyone is willing to try, I would like to get into the world challenges a little bit, but i don't want to just pick someone randomly and say "hey, I'm gonna challenge you" so if anyone else is wanting to do them, please challenge me too, cuz i'm curious about it, but PLEASE BE GENTLE i'm not very good at most games

So funny that you should post this now, because I was looking at the World Challenge stuff last night. I was wanting to give it a try too, so if anyone wants to challenge me I would give it a shot as well.  But like lindsey said, take it easy on me...I'm no champion gamer by any means,lol.  |

me either and i had thought about it but not sure and now with the new computer that moves faster than i can think..i can't believe how much difference it makes..no wonder so many people had such a hard time getting freaky factory avie...i can't keep up now. i wish it would help me with the whack a kass game...i want that nutty avie!!!!

If it goes faster now, I think it might help with Whack-a-kass...I think that game tends to drag on a slower computer so it may be better on your new one. |

I found this in the FAQ section under world challenges. For some reason I thought you got some neopoints and a rare item once its been completed but I may be wrong.

hmm...what i the world does THAT mean?! lol...you get like..."map of neopia central (or whatever...)" in your items list? lol...I don't get it...

lol ok, I'll use mine as an example [ftp]http://www.neopets.com/challenges/world_gallery.phtml?world_id=5&gu=stargem83[/ftp] I can chose to keep building on this and collect them all to create one big picture and get something out of it OR I could go to my gallery and click on the add/remove piece link and choose which one I want to detach and then it would show up in my inventory. When you win a piece it automatically attaches to the picture until you decide to detach it. Once all of the pieces have been attached you can not detach any of them and you will not be able to get any more pieces for that land. for example mine is the faerieland gallery for now, once I complete this (if I don't decide to sell the pieces I have) I will no longer be able to get any more faerieland pieces and would have to move onto another challenge from a different place. Whew, I hope that was as clear as mud!! ;D

you know what really stinks? i won a challenge in sutek's tomb and didn't get squat for it because there weren't enough people playing, now how bogus is that ?!?!
