Poogles and Chombys ... are they ever available?

I love poogles and chombyes and kois but they are all "limited edition" pets. Whats the deal with that... what do you have to do to adopt one of them? I've been wanting one of them for a while and i was just wondering.

you have to go to the create a pet place when their special day is and see if they added a couple, i LOVE poogles too, they are AWSOME!!!
