If I am misconceived please do let me know but from what I gather no copyright violations were made.

Whenever I post new information I always try to put what site I get it from... mostly it comes from neoextreme.com

how nice is that? it's not even neoextreme that came after me... this is totally pathetic, but he's getting what's coming to him, and i don't have to do anything at all, legal said it was a false report as it's been proven that i did nothing wrong, so they're taking matters into their own hands... this website owner and this other person that's reporting stuff to them have been on my site pretty much daily, but i haven't been on either of theirs since i stopped being affiliates with them

oh, and i didn't mean to make it seem like anyone did anything intentionally, that's why i at first asked if it could be made mandatory, you did do something wrong by this site's terms (which isn't even the site you got it from ironically) it's not your fault this happened and i'm laying blame solely on 2 people, neither of them here

I'm glad that was resolved. I don't know what that website's terms are but they are largely erred. Just because you say you copyright everything on your site does not make it so. You simply cannot claim copyright to finding content on Neopets, ordering pictures found, titling them, and formatting the text a certain way. What a bunch of Bologna! Sorry you went through all that madness.
