Lost Desert Locked Threads

I thought it would be best to lock the Lost Desert Plot threads that Dl just recently moved into the Neopets General.
Since they were open for about a month+ after the plot I think it gave more than enough time for people to say what they wanted.
When they distribute (and if) we will for sure keep that thread open.
If any of the council members or Dl do not like this, feel free to change it.

I don't really feel they need to be locked. Since they are old there will not likely be new posts and they will slowly disappaer into the archives
