I like the picnic idea. I remember that one being a really fun one. We could have the major prize (or a prize) be a "picnic basket" full of picnic related things (like a blanket, frisbee, etc) and related food (pie, chicken, etc) donated by guild members. No one has to donate, it would be optional, but I am sure a lot of guild members would donate items. I know I would.
