Well, I haven't joined the guild on Neo quite yet because I'm lazy. And because I thought I might join with one of my side accounts to force myself to be more active on them.
At any rate, my main account is deenis, sides are ivorykingdom and ollabelle.
I mostly do the BC.
I found this on a yahoo search . . . I like the idea of forums outside Neo - their message boards are kind of cluttered in the guilds and this is a lot neater.
Nice to meet everyone.
Oof, and also, how do I edit my profile/picture/signature, any of that?

Welcome! To customize your profile stuff, go to the very top of the page and you will see a bar that has various icons and links. Sort of near the middle is a link that says Profile. Click on it, then click on Modify Profile on the page that it takes you to, and you can change a number of things..including password, display name, and avatar! If you want to use an avatar, find any image that suits you (and is appropriate   ) and right-click on it and click on Properties. Then copy the URL and paste it in the Avatar URL box on the Modify Profile page. Or once you find an avatar URL and if you have a photobucket account (online image-hosting site), you can upload the pic to there and use your own URL. |

Oof, and also, how do I edit my profile/picture/signature, any of that? first of all, you MUST be a member of the guild to be a member of these forums and your display name has to be the account on neopets that you are a member of the guild in... also, remember that there are a lot of things you can't do on side accounts on neopets or you could get all your accounts frozen... so the first thing that you need to do is join the guild on your account deenis since that is your main account... if you don't your account on here will be removed second, if you want more info about our guild, check out our guild website, the link is www.geocities.com/silvercloudsguild/ and run around looking everything over, especially the rules page third, please try not to double post in the threads, you can modify your original post by clicking on modify.... you can also delete your own posts if you do accidentally double post... though i modified your original post for you and deleted the double and last, you can modify your profile by clicking on profile at the top of the site directly beneath the banner and then click on modify profile you do not need to enter the password information to modify your profile unless you are wanting to change your password... if you have any more questions please let us know oh, and you will need to change your display name on your profile to deenis, which is the account that you will join the guild on so we need to see that that's your name hope you join soon so we can get to know you better! this is a wonderful guild and i'm sure that you will not regret joining! |

Alrighty, I think I won't join.
I understand your rules and all, but I've been trying to avoid using deenis as a username anymore. If I could change it on Neo I would . . . At any rate, I've been on Neo for . . . let's see, 59 months now? So yes, I know there are plenty of things you can get banned for on side accounts. I don't care for being a n00b anywhere anymore.

well, i'm sorry you feel that way, but our rules are very strict, you MUST be a member of the guild on at least one of your accounts... i hope that eventually you do find a guild that is worthy of your attention and your membership and good luck on neo  nice to have met you too however briefly |

hey peace..if you are choosing to no longer use the deenis account you don't have to join under that account but on the account you use the most the account that are active. but which ever account you choose to be your main account needs to be the one you join under. we aren't trying to be ugly by any means just helpful. lindsey would never intentionally be ugly to you nor anyone else without reason. i don't think i have ever heard anyone here refer to any member as a noob...i don't care for that term and no matter how uninformed people are or new. a guild is solely for helping others and making friends which we have a strong bonded family style guild here. it is the councils job to infor everyone of the rules or point them to where they can read up on the rules to keep this forum style consistant and running smoothly. the bad thing about any type communication that is written can be taken in so many ways and easily offend people but that was never anyones intent here. we hope you do decide to join and stay with us because it is a tremendous guild..but you just as every other member has to join officially. sorry if you felt offended or taken wrong in your words or someone elses words. we don't have members who treat others ugly. we have our disagreements at times because we are human but they usually are more like a brother sister quarrl and don't last.. its still your choice in joining or not joining. we have plenty of members so its not that we have to beg for new members but we always enjoy the new members coming in. and i wouldn't want you not to join because of a misunderstanding. anyway its up to you..its nice meeting you.

Very well said, Fairy. I pmd peace with a similar message, but not exact. I gave her the option of possibly joining under her user id, but then we could use a nickname here to talk to her if she would prefer that.
So, if you read this, peace, I hope you weren't offended. But if you were I assume you will just go back to the other three guilds that you already belong to. If you decide to switch, great.
But, as spoken above by two other council members, we do need to follow our rules in order to keep things running smoothly. So if in a few days you aren't a member of our guild, you won't be allowed to be a member on the boards here either. That gives you plenty of time to make a decision before your board access is removed.
