welcome to the guild! I guess you've already been directed to the guild website about the rules and such, other than that, you'll start earning rank increases merely by remaining active in the guild, which at this stage is basically just keeping up with everything that's going on and posting your input into threads.... after you get your first rank increase you can apply for a job to help the guild out.... it's a great way to get really involved if you've got the time for them

Welcome to the guild! I think everyone has pretty much said it all, but please do go to the guild website. Besides the rules page, which explains a lot of things, there is a great castle that dl has made that you can explore. Also there is a collection of user lookups and blogs that you can use if you like. You can also check out our past theme weeks there and get an idea of what we have done in the past.
