Hello,

I am sort of new to Neopets, and very new to guilds. I have looked at quite a few, but I must admit this one seems the most interesting I am not sure what I am supposed to do though so if anyone can help that would be great!! ;D

Hello, Sweeetjenn, and welcome to our guild.

I guess the best advice I can give would be to go to our website and look all around....at the castle, at the rules page, at the past theme weeks, and the user lookups and history. That will give you an idea of what we do here.

As far as actual Neopets...just jump in and start playing. You can train your pets for the Battledome, if that is what you think you would enjoy. Or you can build up a shop and try to increase your bank account so that when you do see what you want to do you will have the nps to do it with. (painting your pets, building a neohome, that type of thing) Play games, and just generally move around the site and you will begin to find your way around. Most of all, have fun!

Hey, I just want to say welcome to Neopets and welcome to the guild. I'm kind of like you in terms of the guild, but DL has created a great guild website (the link is at the top of the message board page). Anyway, in terms of Neopets, I agree with Bunny. It's just one of those things you have to just jump into and find your own way of doing things. My suggestion is to check the News section everyday, though. Sometimes it gives you a good heads up on when important things are going to happen around Neopia.

Welcome, Sweetjenn!

It took me almost a year to figure out what things on Neopets really interested me (yeah, I'm slow). Some people know right away -- you may be one of those. Collecting bizarre things eventually won out (asparagus, peas, neggs!). There are other members who collect things on NP that they reflect real-life interests -- BunnyRabt's Christmas Gallery comes to mind.

I like this guild because, if you're active, you get rewarded with all sorts of fun and goodies. You can participate in theme weeks ... express your creativity ... bond with fellow Neopians ... and perhaps even cultivate real-life friends. Lots of us here have done that, for sure!

One of the things that DLfreak has done is create a guild-world as an adjunct to Neopia. Click on the "guild website" link at the top of any page to explore. Check out the Castle! The more you contribute to the guild, the sooner you can get your own room in the castle! How kewl is that?
