wow. i know i have been gone for quite some time and i am very upset about it
i was gone for the first part because of volleyball basketball and track then when i finally got a chance to get back on line to my surprise when i try and log into neopets it says my password was invalid I'm been worked for a couple of months then just decided to make a new account because my friend told me that since i had been gone they might have just deleted it. So i made a new one but in the back of my head always thought of the old account and how happy I'd been with it because i loved all my pets so much and then i started working on it again and finally it said it would send me my info so lets just hope its going to work out! ;D

if anyone has any other ideas to ge my old account back please tell me beacuse i'm not sure if its sending the info or not:-/ thanks:)

There is a lost password feature you can use. You'll see it if you click LOGIN it'll have you enter your username and it will email the password to you.

If it's only been a few months, your account was probably not deleted. They don't usually delete accounts and when they do, they are usually years old.

Sometimes certain e-mails don't take e-mails from neopets.com. A friend of mine had that problem once. If you contact TNT and send them info only you would know, like your B-Day, they can get your account back. It might take awhile though.
