i had this person neomail me..oh your so rich...i am so jealous of your pets...i wrote back and said ty...
she has written and written me about how rich i am...and she is gonna quit neopets cause she is so poor....
and i have been so nice to her she is gonna give me all her cool stuff...mostly junk might i add...
so to cover myself..i set everything she sent me up in a trade...and told her in case you decide not to quit, i have set your items up in a trade.
and on and on about how i had everything...when i knew all i really have isn't that much..and i told her..yes i have a little bit of things..that i've worked for over the past four years to buy.
and then after sending me all her stuff..she again starts in how rich i am...and she is quitting cause she wants a darigan pb....
i said yeah i know..i just now was able to buy one for myself...after four years of working and saving...
then here it comes..i know i am stupid but will you give me yours? lol burns me up...its one thing to come out and ask..but to play stupid games with me then ask...i knew it before it ever happened which is why i set up the trade for her....lol i wrote back politely as i still could be...no sorry..i worked for it and now trying to get stuff i want in trade for it.

a load of junk..its in my trades and says (just incase she tries to report me as a scammer) and i saved all her mail too...just in case you don't quit neopets...and i told her, her items were in my trades in case she decides not to quit...i wanted to ask her to leave me alone lol but i was trying to be nice

well i smelled it coming...so i knew right off not to put the items in my safe..and i knew also not to buy into i was so nice..i wasn't ugly but i had only said ty more or less to her for complimenting my pets

WOW. man do some people have nerve. You have been playing all of these years trying to save up your NPs for a rare item and someone just expects you to give it to them. I can't believe people like that! If someone did that to me i would probably end up saying some really mean things.......but im glad you were strong enough to be polite about it fairy, because i know i wouldn't be lol.

lol well i thought it was funny not in a ha ha sort of way..i was just waiting and waiting til she asked...i got more mail from her today saying she would send me all her items every day lol cause i was so nice to her..i didn't respond..i wanted to say..thought you were quitting..

I had a guy last week who didn't even bother with all the preliminaries. His user name was jimmy something or other, and he just flat out asked if I had any paintbrushes I could give him! lol Like THAT was gonna happen.

At least I didn't have to wade through all the bs in the neomails like you had to, Lisa. He just got right to the point! lol And so did I. No, I'm sorry I don't..was my answer.

I do have some but I'm not giving them to a total stranger. And I really don't have that many anyway.

lol well yeah atleast he didn't waste your time..and to be honest we could send in a abuse form on them but its not that much sweat off my back to hurt someone. but some of the younger memebers do need to be aware of people like this and not to fall for how sweet you are stuff and letting people send you items cause 9 out of 10 times they are gonna want something more valueable than they give to you.

well and the fun part is EARNING a rare item that you really want. I mean it takes a long time but at least you're proud if it when you get it =)

very true but some people rather try and get things the easy way..no patience for waitng or saving i suppose..and i am sure its more common with the younger kids who want things now....and not have to wait...to them, especially kids today...and my kids are the worlds worst..they want things now
