Hmm. I'm really sorry to hear that. How does he get to your account if you changed your password?

thats surprising...normally neopets doesn't play around with hackers..and immediately freezes accounts. no advice on this matter you've done it all...but neopets is usually so picky about stuff like that

Neopets has repeatedly posted that their site cannot be hacked into. The absolute only way someone can get into your account is if you give them your password. Your cousin is finding your password somehow. Do you have your operating system set to auto-fill passwords? If so he can get in that way. Or, you might try actually logging out of Neopets, not just closing the program. My computer will leave me logged into Neopets and most of the time I only have to click on my desktop icon and I'm there. Those are a couple of things you might try.
Is this the cousin who just registered here on the boards?

Okay. Tell him if he does it again he's out of the guild. I'll delete him. We don't want members that do that kind of thing to other members. Just let me know if it happens again.

This is terrible! My advice for you is first of all, make sure your internet is not set to automatically fill in passwords. Then go into your internet tools and click on Delete Browsing History. Click on Delete All. That will delete your saved passwords, your temporary internet files, your saved forms, cookies, etc. You will then have to relog into Neopets. Make sure you log out of Neopets before you close your internet explorer. Otherwise there is a chance that all your cousin will have to do is go to Neopets and find that you are still techincally logged in. Also, set a pin number on Neopets, and don't tell it to anyone. You'll need to enter in that pin number to withdraw any neopoints from the bank, remove items/stock your shop, pretty much anything to do with your items and neopoints. To set your pin, go to My Account on Neopets and click on Pin Preferences. Hope that helps!

another idea is to keep you cousin off your computer..if he can't be respectful..then he shouldn't be allowed to use it
