The insurance company has deemed it a total loss and now I am fighting them for more money because they don't want ti give me enough for it so I can get another used car in decent condition.  |

Have you had any luck with the insurance settlement yet? I hope you can get it increased so you can get a replacement car soon. You pay and pay car insurance forever, and then they try to squeak by with the minimum settlement when you actually need it. Doesn't seem fair at all, does it?
