I would probally be good at this, but I don't have any idea how to do it. Plus it takes lots of neopints right b/c you have to buy all the furniture and decor?

Yes, you can tie up a lot of nps in a neohome. That's why mine is so blah that my pets hang out at the castle in their rooms and the outdoor pool all the time.
