After 4 girls and a miscarriage, I found out today that I'm having a little baby boy! Here's proof:    I got my 4D ultrasound this afternoon... these pics look like an artist sat down and painted them. Anyway, he's due April 22, though we are hoping I'll make it to mid March. I've decided that his name will be Elijah Vancil Cron. First, I've known if I ever had a boy that his middle name would be Vancil after my family's tradition... first born boys of fathers carried on the middle name. My oldest brother Brian had the Vancil middle name, but he died at 3 days, and my other brother won't ever have kids, so I asked my dad if he minded if I named a boy after him. He agreed, though my mom had fits that it wasn't my place. Then I chose Elijah after my favorite uncle Eli. Of course, he's getting my last name out of pure spite, but still..... I've also posted this all on Myspace for those of you that are my friends on Myspace.  |

that is sooooo wonderful lindsey!!!! although....no hand me downs for this baby lol....but maybe tanzi will keep her clothes from tanner for you...not sure how old he is and if she got rid of all his baby clothes....but boys are SOOO much easier! big huge Congrats!!!! this will eat johnny up that he finally has a boy but messed up so bad that well...not really gonna be growing up with him!

Wow!!!!! Oh, this is such exciting news, Lindsey! Elijah Vancil is a verrry nice name, and so unique! Those pictures are really something, huh? Technology..
Well congratulations on the happy news! Your first boy. How awesome!

I was so excited to actually be there with Lindsey when they did the ultrasound! When he said it was a boy I almost started jumping up and down right there! But the room was too small for that! The hospital where linds is having Elijah and where I had Cayd didn't have the 4D machine until a month before I had Cayd so I wasn't able to do the 4D. I still have a few things from Cayden, but I had given a lot of them away, because everyone I knew was having girls, and of course it was before we found out Lindsey was pregnant again. The 4D was really quite something to see! I can't wait till he gets here!!!

lol whats so funny is i had mentioned the name elijah to my sister in law to name my newest nephew...i said that way he would be named after all the members of the family or a lot more than just my brother
E- for Elisa or my dad and brother Eugene (yuck)
L- for Lisa lol
I for her dad Irving
J for her mom Julia
A for her nephew my son Andrew (drew) or her cousin also Named Andrew but called Andy
H for Hoyle my dad and brothers middle name
but she stuck with my dad and brothers name Hoyle Eugene and they called him Trace..i so hate all three names! but he is the only boy that can carry on the family name...
and yes lindsey its gonna burn Johnny gall but he should have thought about that! and evil lol lets not go that far...vendictive ah yeah lol

That's really awesome! I know that my mother had the opposite problem to you - she was trying for a girl, and she was really glad when my sister was born.

I'm on cloud 9 right now... and dl, I can't have an April birthday - Harper's is in April. Between me and Tanzi, we've got 2 in December - Cailet and Cayden, 4 in February - Tanzi, me, Tanner, and Tobin, 2 in April - Kourtney and Harper, and 2 in September - Cody and McKinsey... so we've got April covered right now... March is alright with me so long as it's not the 31st... cuz that's Johnny's Birthday and it would really stink to have his one and only son on his birthday

LOL! Yeah, we've definately got April covered! But since Linds has had her last two 5 and 6 weeks premature, we're just hoping to make it to March! And like Lindsey said, definately not on the 31st. Johnny doesn't deserve to have his son born on his birthday, he doesn't deserve anything really when it comes to his kids. I think it's great that Elijah is getting Lindsey's last name and not Johnny's. I wish I could be a fly on the wall when he find out that his only son is not going to be carrying on his family name!

Once again, a big congratulations, lindsey!!! Having a baby is the greatest thing in the universe!!! ....I don't know all the history of Johnny, so I can't voice an opinion there..... But I'm so happy for you!
