TNT has announced that it is okay for users who don't live in Canada to use the codes!!!! There are 12 codes total and you can use them 8 times each to redeem a prize, giving you a total of 96 items!
The codes are: A967, T673, M547, M823, F213, K563, S246, H483, L392, S794, T415 & N176
Just go to the BK ad on Neopet's main page and click the Canadian flag at the bottom of the page, then it will let you redeem the codes! You can get backgrounds, balloons, kites, banners, frisbees, etc.

No you can't sell or trade these items but you might be able to in the future =) I was sad because I didn't get the Faerieland Kite but I did get the Faerie Garden Background which was cool. |

it was koo but i got so much crap... haah even the same item like 4 or 5 times. i guess i have alot of stuff to play with my pet lol

I did that a few days ago and now I have a bunch of stuff that I don't want lying in my SDB that I am not able to sell or give away. =I

You can always discard it and poof it's gone forever. I'd say just store in your SDB, it won't do any harm in there... I originally didn't want to put them in there either but if NP ever decides to make them sellable again could come in handy for keeping them!

Yeah, true. I only discarded one thing because I was trying out everything to figure out what I could do with them. (ex. donate, give to neofriend, etc.) They aren't hurting my SDB. Plus, now I have lots of kites and frisbees to play with my Neopets.

Yay! I got the faerieland kite and the altador kite, as well as some cute balloons and banners and backgrounds! Thanks for the info, devin! I've only used the codes once so far, lol.

right now all you can do is use them on your pets. but they might let you sell or trade them in the future.
