So very glad your home was ok DL, it sort of puts things into perspective and how thankful we should be for our "stuff". I am thankful you and nifty made it out safely, I can't imagine how horrifying it would be to not have a home to come home to but to loose it by something beyond your control would be devastating. Good luck cleaning out.

wow dl i am glad things are ok for you guys! i had no idea that was in your area
my old boyfriend works for the forrestry service and i know he has been down to california several times in the past for the fires..not sure if he was down with this years or not....
you have a good head on your shoulders..i wouldn't think of nearly half of what i would have needed...much less personal products
