Is anyone super excited for this movie like me??? lol
Me and a group of my friends that have read the Twilight books are going to the midnight showing this thursday and I can't wait! Four more days!!!! I think they picked great actors/actresses for this movie so it should be really good. I'm hoping they didn't make it really different from the book. |

I can't wait either! I bought my husband and I tickets in September because the store where I work is hosting an event for advertising purposes and they bought out a couple of midnight showings!

Well I gotta say the movie didn't disappoint me like I thought it was, they did a really good job portraying the book. Even my fiance who hasn't read the books liked the movie a lot. =D

I thought it was great too! They did a couple of things differently from the book, but nothing that took away from the story or changed it too much, so that was good. |

Yeah I'm glad that there wasn't too many things that were different from the book. But OMG Carlisle is so cute! I almost like him just as much as Edward! The best part was when Bella first walked into her chemistry class and Edward has his hand over his mouth like he's gonna puke! so funny!

me and my boys went to see the midnight showing of it thursday night too...drew (drewalot)had to read it for book club so a few of those guys all went...i didn't read the book but i enjoyed the movie..and when drake told me that eventually there would be werewolves in the movie..i knew as soon as i saw Jacob...he was gonna be one of those..or eventually in the following movies..but let me just say...i was even more excited to see the previews for the next harry potter movie coming out...it irks me cause typically that is our big fall movie venture..me and the boys usually go see (if ones out)harry in november

I know I was bummed that they pushed back the new Harry Potter movie till next year =/. But it was still awesome to see the preview, everyone was screaming when it came on screen haha. I'm gonna go see Twilight again this saturday with some of my younger friends that couldn't go to the midnight showing =)

OMG! I so want to see the Twilight movie. I had school the next day so I couldn't see the midnight showing. Poo!  I'm hopeing to see it soon. Maybe my sister will take me. (hint hint autumn_child)  I can't wait to see the Harry Potter movie either. It looks so good. *faints* lol. |

I really liked the movie. Edward is okay, but I'm a sucker for a cute smile, and his was! They left out the ENTIRE biology scene where they went to the nurse and everything. That was my favorite scene because that is how I put myself in Bella's place. The music and landscape were beautiful.

Oh my gosh they left out the BIOLOGY scene?? But that's where we learn that Bella hates the smell of blood, I mean you can't just leave out one of the biggest ironies in the book!

Now THAT is something that Stephenie Meyer shouldn't have let happen! I mean it's really important and stuff in the other books! And even in the first one it's semi-important! I know they couldn't put in everything but it would only take like two seconds to say something about Jaspers ability! I mean really gosh! Whatever happened to the good ol' book-movie that was exactly like the book?? |
