Ideas for resurrecting our guild...

I thought maybe it would be helpful to start a thread specifically for brain storming. This is a wonderful guild, and hate to see it fall apart without a fight.

So....anyone is welcome to post here...and all ideas are welcome and will be given serious consideration (at least by me )

My ideas are to either start a new neohome competition (we'd have to give a lot of time for it though, since there aren't as many stopping by the boards lately).

Or...I was thinking we could have a grand reopening! We could have activities and contests, maybe DL could do some new graphics if he has time. Those of us who are still active could help by neomailing all our members to let them know about all the fun (we could make a list of everyone who used to be active within the last year or so and divide it up). We could start some fun new discussion threads in the boards. If kari has time, it would be cool if maybe she could do a fun siggy or a fun graphic for a user lookup for each member who posts on a certain day, or a range of days as a prize for logging on.

Anyway, those are my thoughts for now....

Oh! I love your ideas sis! I like the idea of a re-opening. I have to say that maybe that would help a lot.

Some of my ideas are that maybe we could have a writing section, for those who love to write. It might be fun to have the creative juices shown in our guild. Also....rank increase. I know that's what made this guild also fun for me. Also....more contests. Even with the few people that come on, it would be extra special for them, and cheeper since you won't have as many prizes. I don't know....just throwing out ideas.

A writing section could be fun...maybe like an ongoing neopets story that we all can take turns adding to? And yeah, rank increases are always a good motivational tool to come and post on the forums. It worked for me! *dusts off her Magic Cloud*

Any other thoughts? Come on, now, I know some of you guys are still checking in and haven't posted here yet! Save our guild!!
