101 Questions rolled into one

I have so many questions (I'm new to Neopets and the guild) but I'll try to ask it in 1 question if I can.
Is there a place where I can learn about how to be a good guild member and make neofriends? I've read the rules and several messages on different boards but I'm still confused a lot. Perhaps I'm too old to learn all this new stuff?
I hope somebody can guide me to the right place to read up and learn what I need to know.
